This blog was born out of a deep realization we had during my time as a psychology student. As we delved into the complexities of the human mind, it became clear to me how vital it is to talk openly about mental health. The more I learned, the more I saw how many people suffer in silence, often because they don’t have the words or the understanding to express what they’re going through.

After graduating, we knew we wanted to create a space where we could break down those barriers, share stories, and educate those who may not come from a psychology background but are eager to learn. Here at Emotionally Aligned, we aim to provide a voice for the experiences that too often go unheard.
